Change of Publisher from 2027
Dear Authors, please be advised that, as of 2027, the journal Regular and Chaotic Dynamics will have a new publisher. Our long-standing cooperation with Pleiades Publishing, Ltd. will conclude at the end of 2026. Beginning with the first issue of 2027, the journal will be published and distributed by Izhevsk Institute of Computer Science at http://rcd.ics.org.ru.
Publishing Model
Starting from 2027, the journal will operate under an Open Access model. All published articles will be freely and immediately available to readers worldwide, without any subscription or paywall barriers. No article processing charges will be applied to authors.
Online Submission
At present, manuscripts are accepted both on the publisher's website at https://publish.sciencejournals.ru and on the editorial office's website at http://rcd.ics.org.ru. Please note that, from 2027 all manuscripts will be submitted and handled only through the editorial system at http://rcd.ics.org.ru.
Author Guidelines and Editorial Policies
All author guidelines, editorial policies, and peer-review procedures remain unchanged. Manuscripts should continue to be submitted and prepared in accordance with the existing requirements. The editorial board and the editorial office continue to operate as before.
Publication Schedule
The publication schedule of the journal will be maintained without interruption. All issues planned for 2027 and beyond will be released in accordance with the established timeline, ensuring continuity for our readership and contributing authors.
Online First
All accepted and peer-reviewed papers will be processed and published online first, without waiting for the next scheduled issue.
Citation and Indexing
We will make every effort to update the journal's records in all major citation databases and indexing services without undue delay.
